Do you have to get physical to get out of the flatline?

I know you do to rewire but to get out of the flatline do you have to get physical and rewire your brain to a real girl. Or can you get better from just abstaining? Ad I f you dont rewire will the flatline just keep coming back?

The flatline eventually goes away when your brain stops thinking that the only possible/valuable source of pleasure (in biochemical terms) is PMO.
