Man, this is tough...

It's like tensing a muscle...it can't be sustained for very long.

I recently had, yet, another fight with my gf; on or vacation no less about my whole porn addiction. Lately, I've felt very asexual, with no desire for her or any random woman but for porn. It sucks, this whole addiction thing sucks. I honestly feel like this is such an uphill battle that I can't win; and I've been struggling with this for the better part of 14 years. I'm 36 now.

No main point to this; just wanted to say...the struggle is real!

It is a struggle, but one made a bit easier when you join this group and work together to learn what works best for you to overcome its difficulties. You can do this. This site is proof that many other guys have been in this same spot and eventually got past this addiction.
