Day 1
What's up.
I've decided I'm going to do experiment over the next 6 months and beyond doing both complete no PMO combined with some other things and see what the effect is. I'm 26 years old.
I've done 5 months of complete no porn and masterbation before successfully, although I did have a girlfriend at the time so I did orgasm, but only during sex. Along with alot of other smaller streaks from 1 - 3 months.
I don't have a girlfriend right now so in addition to no porn and masterbation I will also avoid sex and orgasm completely. No girls for me, at least for the next 6 months.
I'm going to be avoiding online dating completely as well since I tend to use it alot during a reboot and it can become a sort of soft core porn for me. I don't have any profiles right now and will not be making any.
In addition to full no PMO (hard mode) I will also be doing the following:
- Meditation twice per day
- Exercise (running and lifting)
- Cold showers twice per day
Along with getting plenty of sleep, eating healthy, and taking certain supplements.
If I deviate from any of this, even once, I will consider it a failure and reset my day count to 0. I don't plan on failing even once though.
I want to see what effect this has on me and will be recording it on a daily basis.
I'll update the log once per day.
