Taming the limbic system

I titled this "taming the limbic system" because I believe if I'm going to overcome this, it will come from a place where I can manage not only my urges but other emotions with a deeper understanding of my own physiology. I turned 20 not long ago, I have been at this since early 2013. 3 years and I'm still relapsing, with more or less the same frequency

I have been to counseling, interviewed for a tv show on porn, used porn blockers, educated myself on YBOP, failed many times with real women, had debilitating anxiety and depression, exercised very consistently, meditated semi regularly, tried structured routines, cut myself and considered suicide. This is not a statement of woe, rather a reminder of everything I have put myself through largely due to my porn use.

I'm unsure what else to add to my above list of shit to try. The only other things I can think of is an iboga or similar session (which I'm pretty scared of due to the risk of worsening anxiety) WWOOFing or something where I have no access to internet for months and having a girlfriend for urge dampening.

Out lining my motivations:
I will be starting at University in 1 and a half months, I need to have optimal cognitive function
I don't want to shy away from women because I know it can't actually go anywhere if it was going to
I want to have outrageous energy for things I enjoy like the gym and grappling
I want to get rid of this fucking overhanging depression and anxiety


Daily Habits


Morning:
Clean Room, make bed etc.
Quick mobility and Physio - there's almost always some body part that needs daily tweaking
Meditate - Minimum 10 minutes
Read - 1 Article from YBOP

Night:
Mobility / Stretching
Meditate - Minimum 10 minutes
Read until sleep

Others:
Wim Hof method. Breathing exercises and Cold shower.
Exercise, any - 1 total rest day per week

Not to do:
Unnecessary social media checking more than once per day (facebook, snapchat, instagram etc.)
