There is no magic number of days..
Youmust abstain from porn FOREVER and temporary (many months) abstain from any kind of orgasm..
I am able to have sex (very bad quality) around day 110. (im on day 150 Hard Mode)
I plan to complete 200 days without any kind of orgasm and after that i will gradually reintroduce to orgasm ONLY with  my GF..
I also believe a study GF is very important.
So dont count the days..
Just live your life without porn.
Dont target the success..
Plan to stay everyday clean.

I agree with Serenades.  I started nofap end of Jan this year because of PIED then managed 60 days and was able to perform twice.  Nicely hard no issues.  Then I relapsed for almost two months.  So basically never think you are a 100% cured as I am starting back from day one again and PIED again. Nofap is a lifetime thing,  not a 90 days thing

I also think this is a VERY individualistic thing. So don't care too much about days, I have seen accounts of people cured in weeks and people cured in years. Just do one day at the time. These goals, where 90 days seem to be the most popular, is probably most useful as a tool to commit to change, rather then some scientifically proven timeline before recovery.

There are lots of stories on this forum from people who found they needed more than 90 days. (And a fair number who needed less than 90, too.)

I did 100 days and noticed some improvement, but I wasn't fully cured. Lots of things had changed, but I wasn't back to how I was before porn.

I'm doing another 100 and then will think carefully about my progress.  The longer you've held off, the less worrying it is to increase the duration. When you start, 1 days seems impossible. If you make a week, you start counting the weeks. After a month, deciding to wait an extra few days isn't an issue. After a year I expect one month more of less isn't bothersome. It has become a habit.
