No erotic fiction, no playboys, no bikini pics, no artificial stimulation at all.  If you can't reach out and actually touch the person it's not real.

Fantasy with your gf is how you've trained your brain to orgasm and that link is very strong.  The best thing to do is train your mind to stay out of "porn mode" and focus on your gf and the sensations you are feeling, hearing and seeing.  Don't entertain the fantasies and quickly bring your mind back to the present moment as this will help you rewire.

Bibbity is correct.  Hypersexual thought must be avoided to end the porn cycle.  I went through this myself.  I had delayed ejaculation, meaning I could not O during actual sex.  This eventually caused my partner to doubt whether she was enough.  At that point I decided to fix the problem, but in the beginning of quitting porn completely I, too, had to think of porn to reach O. Without knowing it I had rewired my brain's reward pathways to porn.  Now, more than a year clean (no relapses, no porn, no PMO, no MO)  I never think of porn during sex, and in fact, if I did, I don't think I could O.  Not to be overly mechanical, but this has to do with rewiring the brain's reward pathways away from porn back to actual sexual stimulation.

It's normal if that's what you want to do  8)
But I think it's counterproductive if you are trying to totally reboot.
Honestly, you may have to do without O for yourself for a bit.
Not long though.
I know it's hard to sit there and have intercourse without at least
trying to bust nuts.
But maybe sex without O is progress. Hell, you should be lucky you can
get a stiffy to begin with. But yeah, try to get her off best you can and in
some time, the sensation will come back. Try to take your mind off
the porn girls.
