PornDreams happens everytime I do this

Hello,

Whenever I lay in bed watching Youtube on my iPad, the same night I have a pornographic dream (as in my PMO days I used to do this with PornTubes).

Obviously the brain is linking the behavior with the outcome (dream), but what does this tells us? i.e - Does every time this happens, mean your progress is is impeded?  Should I avoid this behaviour? etc.

Yeah, you should probably avoid it.  If you have circuits connecting of any kind, it is best to break the bond.  You'll be able to resume non-porn/erotic youtube viewing at some point, but it sounds like avoiding it is good.  For now, the more circuits you break, the better off you are.

That said, pornographic dreams will just happen on their own, too.  I remember having some so vivid I'd wake up thinking I'd relapsed, and it wouldn't be until after I'd had my breakfast and on my way into the shower that I'd look around my room, at my computer, and realize it was all a dream.  As far as I can tell, nothing triggered those dreams except a grumpy porn brain annoyed that it wasn't getting its fix.

I would never call any type of dream a relapse. You have no control over what your subconscious mind projects while you're asleep. I've been having porn dreams lately. I don't get off, but I'm constantly having to fight off cravings and temptation to PMO while asleep. Your brain wants it's fix and it will tell you any way it can. But if you're having porn dreams, it means the brain is growing accustomed to being without porn. It's working.

Well, unfortunately for me the Porn dreams are only happening after I use the Ipad in bed (which is on only the odd occassion).

Therefore, as I haven't been getting much porn dreams during my reboot since 2017, it doesn't sound good at all. (based on the notion that if you have been getting porn dreams, it means that you're brain is recovering).

I don't think that it necessarily follows that porn dreams being a good sign means a shortage of them means a bad sign.  It is really just kinda meaningless at that point.  Each reboot story is going to be unique.

I'm sure on the days/nights I had intense porn dreams there was something during the day that triggered it, but I'll be darned if I could tell you what it was.
