Lost my O from porn and vibrators

I couldn't come. I didn't know why. It took me a while to realize it was my porn and vibrator use. I couldn't come with my boyfriend or even alone. I put all my vibrators away. (I had a whole collection!) and I told my boyfriend. Fortunately as long as he can be still satisfied, he seems to be supportive and ok about it. I have also been off porn for about a month now. I still get very turned on, but can't come the way I used to. I used to be able to come several times. I am hoping it will come back. I have been very depressed, even desperate about it, but in feeling a bit more optimistic that it will return. It's very strange. Anyone have a similar tale?

I want to note that I am a male...

You might be having depression or you might have taken a antidepressant...

If these are ruled out you might be desensitized because of high performances of these toys you are using!
Your boyfriend can not stimulate you as these toys do...

So the result comes as this... you need to stop using these toys and focus on the love between you and your partner, not to concrete stimuli from a penis or vibrator...

You will heal!

I'm not on any anti depressants, although I did get depressed after the election. But it has been coming on for a while, even before that. I was turning to more and more porn, and stronger and stronger vibrators.  It was both, I think. I am pretty determined, so I'm not going to look at porn or use vibrators, but I do still fantasize while I have sex to try to get my desire back, and that is the hardest thing to stop. I am so used to using my fantasies as a trigger for arousal. I like slightly aggressive fantasies and I guess I don't know if I can get completely turned on without them, or if I can completely erase them from my sex life. I get turned on by so many things, but I haven't had a mind blowing orgasm for so long.

Welcome to the forum and great choice to stop PMO!

I have been depressed for couple of years, and even toke some SSRI, it was devastating for the libido. Keep working with your emotions and meditate, get in contact with your inner self and in time you will get better. Just keep your eyes on the goals in life.
