Loss of Sex Drive because of PMO?

Hi, I've been PMOing since I'm a teen. However few months ago I realized that my sex drive completely vanished. I basically feel aesexual now, I have no desire to masturbate or to watch porn, I have no sexual thoughts anymore. My d*ck feels lifeless and numb.

I heard this can happen when we start Nofap and is apparently called a "flatline". But I have never started a Nofap Streak... so it cannot be a flatline.

I've done blood tests and results are normal.

Is it because of PMO? It desensitized my brain too much?

Yes, especially the past few years. Can it be PMO that made me lose my sex drive? I'm not turned on by anything anymore, I have no desire to masturbate or to watch porn. I feel completely aesexual whereas 2 years ago I was horny all the time.

Is it because of PMO? Can it be reversed?

Too much PMO can help this situation, although it doesn't mean it's the main cause. It can be reversed, of course, are you able to get an erection if you stimulate yourself?

Yes, I can have an erection by my hand but it's difficult to maintain it and I don't feel horny at all. I don't even have sexual thoughts anymore.
