Cravings in the morning

I have had this habit even before internet porn, that was to masturbate in prone position. I learned it from school, one of the kids told me to try it on the bed lying down, it started around 13/14 yrs old. Ever since then I have been masturbating in prone position, adding internet porn to this mix and you get all the problems in the kitchen sink.

As I am trying to relapse, I no longer have cravings for internet porn, but I have this sudden cravings for 'fantasy' and orgasm, what usually happens is I would get morning wood in the early morning so I am not fully awake, but enough to get sexual fantasy and then masturbate in prone position. Usually in the early morning I get severe cravings, and morning wood which makes masturbation easy while lying down on the bed, and I would MO this happens only in the morning. Any idea or suggestions to prevent such actions.

Yeah, all reboots have some sort of weak spot.

Is getting up earlier an option?  So, if you wake up at 6:00 and normally lie in bed until 6:30, can you just get out of bed at 6:00, get some coffee and a shower and wake yourself up?  Morning exercise routine?  It seems like that daze between sleep and wakefulness is a problem.  I know, easier said than done, but you can look forward to sleeping in when the reboot moves along a bit better.  Alternatively, maybe some sort of morning reading... prayers, news, whatever.  That way you can be cozy in bed until you wake up fully, (especially nice in winter months) but without so much temptation to M.  Just as long as it isn't on a device that can turn into porn quickly, or anything too mind numbing like social media.  I'm a slow waker and not a morning person, and I've been struggling with this, although PMO isn't a factor (mornings weren't a pitfall for me), it still messes with our brains.

Try getting up as soon as you are awake and using the bathroom and moving around. I tend to get more prone to MO and stuff in the morning too. That's what I do and things tend to even out again. Apparently your body can confuse morning wood and needing to take care of the morning bodily functions as arousal.

1 - Dude you have to stop masturbating in prone position. It is really bad for your erectyle quality. There are psychatrists (Wilhelm Reich: karactere analysis) who say that masturating in that way makes your erections weaker, and it is linked to a "masoquist" character.... so STOP IT!! If you are going to masturbate... masturbate sitting.

2 - For your morning rutin: 15 push ups + stretching + COLD SHOWER + Meditation. That is the key for an active morning

3 - If you want to heal... you must go cold turkey: NO PMO Hard Mode! Stop mastrubating whatsoever. It is pure will, it depends completely on yourself. There are no tricks. NO PMO man... I have been on NO PMO for a year now. It changes your "libidinal economy" (look it up), you rewire your brain and body to seek pleasure in diffrent ways (socialy, exercise, reading, making projects, been with a real girl).

Indeed the morning wood confuses the body with arousal, and combining with sexual 'fantasy' is like a toxic mix. As others have mentioned masturbating in prone position is harmful it confuses the mind and messes up the arousal function when being with a real girl. As I have abandoned any kind of 'visual' stimuli like pc, smartphone, tv, magazines I get this immense cravings for 'sexual' fantasy.

Last night I was at a holiday party and out shopping with so many women bumping into me, I could not stop 'fantasizing' about them, which again is a problem for rebooters. Not only do we have to give up 'visual' stimuli but we also need to control our 'fantasy', I never knew that this would be such an addiction.

You better stop watching the cool movies.
Along with it is a regular exercise regime, improve health, and to no longer feel or think of it anymore.
