After a complete and successful rebott do i face any risks from masturbating frequently and often?

Is is possible to get my PIED back in some sort just from masturbation alone? No porn/fantasy

You should be fine after a complete and successful reboot as long as you stay away from porn/porn fantasy. That is a choice for the individual. However, it may be that masturbating is tightly linked neurologically to porn and maybe masturbating activates some of the same porn pathways. So it wise to wait a long time before engaging in M.

I personally will never m again. Does not provide me with the pleasure I desire and I feel it holds me back from pursuing what I want, not just sexually but in all areas of life. An energy waster if you will.

Hope that helps

Gabe , one question-

I rebooted for 60 days
. Got my erections back hard and strong.

Got hard morning woods.

But I masturbated yesterday and guess have flat lined. Now I never plan to masturbate.

M was with out porn.

Now, recovering from this flat line would take lesser time than the previous one or more time?

I agree with that 100%. I really think it is not healthy for addicted people to M. I can hardly imagine an individual, who could do that in a healthy way unless someone got hooked at a relatively older age and so experienced healthy M before getting addicted. The youger guys out here, myself included, would rather not be in that group.

Hello, I'm asking a same question that I threw on a different forum...are you guys using condom? Does condom take away the sensation? When I take off the condom I seem to do just fine...but while vaginal sex, my erection goes down. I tried 2 different sizes already. Any comments? Should I wait longer to have sex again? I'm over 70 days and I need some other stimulation to orgasm. Condom takes too long :(

I've tried rebooting a number of times and found that most all of the relapses start with m. It's like a cracked door that eventually gets pushed wide open. So, I think this time around I really need to ensure I avoid m altogether. Thanks for the thoughts on this guys.
