Porn and Hair Loss

Any relationship between the two? What about masturbation and hair loss? I'm just getting insecure that my hair is thinning and falling out because of one or both these. I'm trying to stop but wondering whether it's a result of these.

I'm not sure if there's any link but I'd be interested to know as well. I've been having some hair loss/receding hair line the last 3 or 4 years and I'm in my 20's with no family history of it. It could just be from prolonged stress and anxiety in general though.

A direct causal link is highly unlikely.  It is most likely a coincidence.

There is an outside chance that it is an indirect factor.  I know that both men and women can have some hair loss brought on by extreme stress and anxiety.  If your porn addiction is hurting you emotionally that can happen, I suppose.  I don't think that type of hair loss is the same as male pattern baldness.  I think it is just a general thinning out all over the scalp, but I could be wrong.
