Today was terrible. Everything was going great when I sawed a video on YouTube about some women in Africa who don't want to marry older man because they don't want to so they created their village. I agree with them. The bad part is that they showed a scene where women showed their boobs naked. The editors did not censor it. It made me pissed off because I am here trying to forget an old addiction I defeated a two years ago and came to  have it again. So i don't know if it counts as seeing pornographic but I have to counted as yes and start as day 1 when it supposed to be day four.

wow you will never succeed if you think that is relapse. accidentally seeing something pornographic in these times? accidentally is keyword. you can accidentally enter porn site and close it without counting it as a relapse. those things will happen sometimes. dont get unreal with the process, intentionally seeking something pornographic is a relapse, not accidentally seeing something. if you got any satisfaction from it and stayed online, maybe searched for something else too, that could be counted as relapse. this is not what you described. you are doing good, very good. 2 years, good job. seeing how strict you are, count yourself as recovered from porn addiction.

if you have any deep depression, anxiety or some other problems, look for other ways that you can improve your life because 2 years is huge and if it was because of porn, you would be almost as good as new by now.

its hard to assume that  ;D nope unfortunately, im currently 2 weeks clean and doing good though.

You have wasted 4 years of your life with porn, years that no one will give you back ... that you will not be able to relive ... I guess you know how stupid you are ... I would break your face! But you trust that if I tell you these things it's because I love you! Because we have this addiction of porn in common and we have to force ourselves! Fuck friend stop falling back!

thanks bro, i have been failing for the last 4 years its not only 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago is my last relapse though.
