Hey, i'm new to this forum and am in the rebooting trenches at the moment wondering when the war is going to be over, and yes i know mileage may vary and all that but it's always good to have some words of encouragement so my story in a nutshell is...

I'm 35 years old
Saw my first pornographic photo before i was 10
Started masturbating at about 13, internet didn't really exist then
Occasionally would get to see a porn movie then moved on to looking at magazines
Never had any problems getting an erection
About 8 years ago maybe got a computer, got the internet started watching a lot of porn, PMOing every day at least once
Ability to achieve and maintain an erection started to decline but i didn't really notice until about 6 years ago, doctor told me that it was anxiety so carried on watching porn
August 2014 i found out about PIED and determined that must be the cause of the problem, then determined to quit porn, from then until about december 2015 I drastically reduced porn use and must have watched porn about 20 times in that year as opposed to every day, was still having sex with my partner (i was still semi functional) and had one 100 day streak with no P or M
This year i decided absolutely no P or M for one year, having sex about once a month, i'm basically functional sexually but never really achieve full erection, morning wood has been increasing over the last year but is sporadic and again never 100% and disappears as soon as i stand up, however my sensitivity has come back and when i do O with my partner its always pretty mindblowing.

I have also started training 6 days a week
I quit vaping
I try my hardest to stay on top of fantasising about sex
I try and avoid junk food
I have really cut down on my internet use in general
I'm about 6 months in now and contemplating giving up O for a while as well

There have been a handful of times i've looked at sexually stimulating images this year but not for very long and i've never masturbated to them.

If anybody who's had more success than i'm having reads this any suggestions are appreciated

Is there anything else I should be doing to speed this up?
It feels like it's taking forever and though i try to stay optimistic it's difficult not to believe that i've permanently damaged myself and it's never going to be back to normal.
I've been to a doctor who recently did blood tests and told me that testosterone levels are fine, cholesterol levels are fine, my prostate is fine.

If anybody does read this thanks for taking the time it is appreciated

One thing you may want to try which may help is to meditated. When I enter sex in a calm mind state I seem to harder than ever. If I enter sex with anxiety and expectations I don't stay hard for very long.

I do meditate, but have never done it before sex, so thanks for the suggestion, i'll give it a try. At the moment i'm contemplating hard mode again and just not having any orgasms with my girlfriend for a while. Cheers!
