It is my fourth day being porn free, and the urge is killing me. At this time of day from Monday through Friday I would typically watch it and whenever I tried not too I would still think about it. Hopefully I'm strong enough to make it today. This journal is helping but I know that I don't wanna suffer from PIED anymore and I'm going to get over it.
