no MW, can't maintain erection without stimulation especially when standing... wtf?

I'm a totally healthy 23 yo who started watching porn since 12 and started rebooting 2 years ago, didn't watch porn once this whole time and had a lot of 30-40 days no O streaks that where mainly broken because of sex (with ED and many times cialis). 2 weeks ago I finished my first 90 days no O, which I thought will be a miracle pill for my penis, but it ain't.
I know that some scientists and doctors say that addiction damage can be for life, is it possible?

will use anything u guys can give me...

Could it be performance anxiety from past failures?  Do you get erections while by yourself? I think PIED is very hard to tackle mentally as well.

Um, you might want to see a doctor, then? Like, an actual urologist, because the problem may be organic and not related to PIED or even testosterone levels. Just a thought?

Otherwise, I honestly don't know. Anxiety? Depression? Medication?

If you read Gary Wilson posts on various sites you will notice how irrelevant the whole 90 days thing is. It might take you shit ton of time to recover. 90 days is just arbitrary period unfortunately for many of us it is just the beggining. You will be healed when you will be pushing and creating pressure won't speed it up. There are tons of examples of people that it took way longer.

Have you tried sex without O'ing. Many people, myself included notice that it kills your progress no matter if it is from sex or masturbation. Just try to rewire but without O'ing as long as you can and see if it helps.

Just keep going, but I would definitely stay away from the Cialis and/or Viagra, otherwise you may become dependent on them. That being said, if they are working then perhaps you do in fact have physical problems with your penis and should be checked by a doctor.

If your penis is healthy then I would recommend just keep going no PMO for another 6 months.

It's not clear how much experience you have with women, but if it is very little then it could be performance anxiety which I suffer from sometimes. Sometimes I am just too focused on worrying about if I'm going to loose an erection instead of enjoying the moment, and guess what, because I am in a worried state of mind it kills my horniness. In my experience, the cure for this is to find a girl who you're incredibly comfortable with and can share your problems with. Then it becomes "not such a big deal".

I'm no expert but I think it would be wise to see a urologist, just to rule out any physical problems.

I agree with this.  I mean it does take a long time for your body to reboot but you should be seeing some improvement especially if this is not related to anxiety.

Are you rewiring consistently with the same person?  This would be my advice as well.  It might just take more practice so to speak.

I agree also, but that is why I asked if  he had those lab values, because I'm sure he knows to see  doctor, but he was looking for our opinions.

I'm jumping in on this really late, but had some questions:

How much sex did you have with ED drugs? Were you fantasizing at all during the process? My biggest worry is that your body got used to keeping a mediocre erection (let's say 60-70%) because of how much you used the ED drugs which dug you in a bigger hole than just porn would. I also don't know how long it would take for someone who became used to ED drugs to be able to have normal sex again with out them.

How much has your PIED changed from 2 years to pre 90 days no O to now?

you guys are cute for trying to help me out but I've already been to 3-4 doctors... I'm 100% healthy.
I can't Masturbate easily but I did have some OK sex the last week or so where I lasted around 5 minutes... still ED to a degree but its the best I ever had and I'm not very attracted to the girl which also may be a bit of a factor.
my recovery time is super slow and its impossible for me to have sex twice in 2-3 hours
still zero MW and last night I got soft in the middle of the sex, something that didn't happen before in the 4-5 times we had sex.
looking at the glass half full, its the best I ever got ED wise... not where i thought I will be after 2 years, but the best.

How erect were you this time that you had okay sex? As far as sex twice in 2-3 hours, there is no way that your refractory period will be shorter than a few hours if your erections are not 95-100% hard.

If it helps any, I have inefficiently rebooted for about 2 years. 4 or 5 30+ day reboots with sexual attempts sprinkled in (successful twice, unsuccessful probably 10 times). PMO'd a handful of times over the last few years. Mo'd a handful too. Never used ED drugs. I am currently at 79 days no PMO on hard mode and am finally getting consistent morning wood to differing levels as well as pretty solid erections from holding hands and making out. We'll see how that translates to sex moving forward, but my mindset is changing right now too. Our backgrounds are not terribly far apart, minus more relapses on my end and no ED drugs. I'm positive that I could have sex with ED drugs right now, but don't know where I'd be without them if I were to have sex right now.

No having morning wood(MW) is a sign that this isnt mental, but health related
I have no horse in this, so if you don't answer the questions, I won't bug you again
-you can lead  a horse to water, you can't make him drink

If I may ask, do you have a source for that claim?

I squat 400 lb's and look very masculine, don't think people with low T can do it. (I'm around 200 lb on 6'3 feet)
I really can't explain the lack of morning wood I'm having.
during the sex i was 95-100% hard, but I wasn't hard during foreplay and if we were to stand up during the sex I'm sure I would have lose my erection.

YBOP has multiple articles on that. If your morning wood is coming in fine, then there is nothing physiologically wrong downstairs. The problem lies with the connection to from the brain.

Just for reference my husband has low T and is still able to get successful erections.  T levels may affect desire for sex but I don't think it effects erections.
