Hello everyone
My name Muhammad Abonaga, am from egypt and am 27 yo , I want to share my story before I start my rebooting program. Iam also really glad that I finally found something that could really help me after suffering years and years.
In a brief , I musterbated almost daily for the last 12 years. When I saying it like that it feels really shocking. It didnt start with porn but I discoverd PMO almost 3 years after I discovered musterbating.

In my community there's no sexual intercourse before marriage in general, but we can have normal relationship I think .
Although I have this long history of musterbating but I still had my morning erectile some times not that strong as it should be but it happens , what I have found that after masterbating I lose my libido for almost a week before it hits me again. I didn't know that it may take 6-9 months to get fully recover.
Also after I purposed to the girl I love in last summer I sttoped PMO for about two months. It was a wonderful feeling, I started to recover and found myself stronger and more willing to do stuff. I have even started to exercise daily and got my self in a really good shape. But I cant say I tottaly recoverd as I fell for it again
