I'm finally cured after months of struggling with lack of libido/erections, and rebooting with a couple of relapses. It turns out that it wasn't the porn and masturbating that was the problem. It was weed.
I am still glad I rebooted because it has enhanced my sexual sensitivity, but the weed was the main problem. I didn't think smoking pot was the cause because I had done so for years without noticing a change in libido. However, just a few days after quitting pot, my erections are better than ever and my libido is improving a lot every day, even though I have masturbated to porn twice in the last week, including yesterday.
I believe that weed lowered my testosterone levels, which hurt my libido. Also, weed can affect your blood vessels and circulation. I felt weak, insecure, and could not build muscle anymore at the gym, even though I used to gain muscle easily. I believe that for some people, porn may be the problem, but if you are using any drugs, QUIT. I strongly encourage you to continue your reboot unless you see a dramatic improvement after quitting drugs, as I have. Good luck
