Loosing erection when I stand

I watched porn for 4yrs and Iam doing nofap since 1year, I did hard mode for 90days which increased my erection quality. My question is I get strong erection while erotic texting with gf over watsapp. Does this effect my rewiring of brain because still Iam not getting strong erections during realtime with her . Also I loose erection when I stand immediately.

Would also be glad for an answer or oppinions to that, can relate!

I don?t know anything about the standing thing but I think those texts are bad for rewording because you are still training your brain to get turned on by pictures on a device rather than a real person in front of you. To your brain there isn?t much difference between ?porn? and naked photos of your gf. Neither one is touching you.
