i could get erect from touch and i almost always had morning wood but that did not guaranteed erection during sex at all.

It is funny because according to these youtubers the final point of healing is having an erection just with touch because it gives less pleasure than being with a girl

if you want to be cured from PIED you can never know unless you test it out.

Don't confuse 'morning wood' with erection, those are two very different things. I used to think that way and it made me relapse.

Only way to see if you are truly cured is if you get a boner when with a girl.

But morning wood its a great sign of recover, i dont have always, but i back to have after to engage this nofap journey, so its a important sign too
