I have PIED but not in a severe way, I can have erections with real girls but it?s difficult and I don?t have morning woods that?s why I started rebooting, my question is: Can i have an orgasm with a girl without having sex and still rebooting?

you can BUT... dont overdo it if you are still experiencing PIED symptoms. also dont force it, dont go rough, super fast or start imagining porn in your head just so you can have an erection during sex.

have an orgasm with girl and check out next time if you are having problems again, if you are still having problems with erection or sensation then maybe its too early for Oing. limit Oing to max once per week or once per 2 weeks until you start feeling better. keep testing, checking out and most importantly keep rewiring thats the best part. definitely dont count orgasm with real girls as a relapse.

EDIT: just now i realized you said WITHOUT having sex.... okay thats a different question... well, similar answer but just dont fap. keep yourself on nofap no matter what. that "without sex" part worries me, sounds like you gonna jerk off while she dances in front of you or something. do you mean oral sex? i dont know what you mean by orgasm with girls without sex but stay on nofap journey.
