18 New and Feeling hopeless. Help please. ANY ADVICE WELCOME

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and hopefully this will help.
Im genuinely wanting out. 
Since realizing my addiction iv been trying to reboot.
Iv relapsed a few times but after going well for two weeks in a row almost, i relapsed and it now seems worse than ever.
I'm feeling pretty hopeless as i just don't seem to be able to do it.
Please any of you guys with tips or anyone who wants to help or talk. I'd love any advice.

Well done with your efforts this far. I am 32 next week and am approaching my 30 days of no PMO.

Needless to say I have been addicted since I was 17 - It's wasted a lot of my time and life, good you're still at a young age to rid yourself of it so early on.
