Sometimes it shows up randomly or it can follow an orgasm during this period of time. It's temporary but usually you feel flat, uninterested in sex, and like you can't function sexually.
It's bound to happen at some point so just ride it out and try to appreciate the fact that it'll make abstaining from porn a little easier (at least temporarily).
