Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum. I've been on a 9-day streak now and I wanted to ask for advice or insight into my problems with exercise. I've noticed that whenever I exercise my libido shoots through the roof and I have an even harder time resisting my cravings. I've weight-lifted on and off twice a week for about 6 months or so. I always train to failure, so it can't be that I have excess energy. As soon as I'm done with my training I usually end up feeling even hornier and really struggle to just relax and do something else. Should I wait with training until I've kicked the habit? I've never suffered from flatlining yet, but then I've never gone very long without porn (typically I watch once or twice a week) and don't know when flatline usually kicks in.
Any advice would be appreciated, though I would like to hear serious answers to the problem, not including "Just exercise man, it's better for you in the long run" type of advice.
