I am glad to announced you that it has been three months I have stopped watching P videos and wanked. Sometimes, It is difficult but I keep my mind straight. I have just started to read a book about it and it s very interesting and helpful. Everytime I think about P, I reminded that It burst my first sexual relations. I am learning hating it. Stopping watching P videos is a true spiritual struggle nowadays. I hope I will be enought strong to continue on this way.
