90 days no masturbation yeah!!!

I made it to 90 days without masturbation yeah!!! The most important tip is to have god in my life because he's my best friend spiritually. Every time I see women who have big butts, wide hips, and attractive, I flee as quickly and far away as possible because it's like playing with fire and makes me want to have lustful thoughts and I want to avoid them especially when I'm at work. I want to continue on the journey of being free of masturbation and also semen retention.
