First day of a new life

I cannot make excuses before. Porn is one of the main reasons I cannot maintain a relationship and certainly played a role in why my last relationship failed. This will be my first day without it. Any advice for powering through the urges are welcome.

Without it for 1 day. It is good.
Without it for 2 days. It is good.

Do not expected yourself quit it forever once you start. It take times.  8)
