ejaculation?

Has anybody experienced premature ejaculation? HELP!

Hi, I'm a 34years old guy. I quit porn on june 23rd after finding this great website.  My life without porn is far better then before, I'm fine and never relapsed.

The "only" problem is that in the past year, when I have sex, I last no more then 5 minutes. I have to put a lot of efforts not to ejaculate immediately. Just up until two years ago I could last from 30 minutes to an hour, with a great erection and pushing really hard.

Now these days are gone and it seems it doesn't get any better.
Does anybody have the same problem? I really don't know what to do!

I've read a few different people's journals with the same problem but i think it just takes awhile to get back to that level of thinking. Your mind is just readapting. You are overstimulated by a real woman. A lot of us wish we wee at that stage but I'm sure you probably feel horrible. Try and slow things down. Take your time. Its not all about penetration thee are other things you can do to prolong the sex until you are back in sync.
