Struggling,
While I haven't had the crossdressing/feminization fantasies, I have struggled mo. And while extended use of porn morphed my viewing habits into areas that would typically embarrassed and offended me in the past, it was easier to eliminate the porn compared to trying to eliminate the desire and yearning to mo.
Not sure i am much help but I hear your concern and wanted to at least connect and to welcome you to the community.
